Pepper Pear Relish

With our abundance of pears this year, we asked around for family recipes and this one undoubtedly was a winner for our short list! Pepper Pear Relish!

Fresh Pears, mixed with Peppers and onions and cooked down in a vinegar base with some spices = Delicious! A perfect twist to regular pickle relish on your hot dogs or bratwurst!

Try the chunky version for large chunks of fruit and veggies or try the pureed version for more of a "sauce" variety. They are equally yummy!
