Summer Squash Conserve

This one is sure to be a new favorite summer accompaniment! A cooked down combination of Squash, Pineapple, Lemon Juice and a hint of Crystallized Ginger all leading to an outcome that is refreshingly sweet and light.

With a plethora of Yellow Summer Squash and Green Zucchini Squash, we had to come up with something new and exciting to do with it!

We have enjoyed this one as a topping on a pork loin and it was finger licking good! This summer conserve would also be a great topping with chicken and fish!
