Fresh Tomato Jam

Tomato Jam! Sweet, salty and tangy in each bite!
We were looking for a new way to preserve the abundance of fresh grown tomatoes, happened across this creation and knew we had to try it!

A delicious and a really unique combination of flavors that will enhance red meat such as Pork, Steak and Lamb. Personal fav and total Chef's kiss to the yummy combination of this tomato jam on top of cream cheese on a garlic bagel! Please note: This is looser / not jelled like a typical type of Jam.
