Wild Blackberry Jelly

As the sun-kissed days of summer arrive, so do the plump and juicy wild blackberries on our homestead. These little gems are bursting with both sweet and tart berry flavor that we’ve transformed them into our Wildcrafted Blackberry Jelly!

This Blackberry jelly is a true American summer favorite and can be enjoyed on toast & biscuits, mixed in with your Greek yogurt for breakfast or even as a unique change to your standard PBJ for lunch! PBBJ anybody? This jelly has a smooth texture and while we did strain out the seeds/pulp, there may be a few here or there. Afterall, it is homemade (with love) 😊
